What WE DO
Rooted Music is composed of some of the most gifted worship leaders and musicians in the country. Our passionate coaches not only excel in their craft but are also deeply committed to mentoring and equipping worship leaders.
We focus not only on developing and training your worship team, but also on partnering with your church to create a steady stream of volunteer worship team members, ready to lead.
Our System
At RMC, we have a 2 part system: We couple group worship team workshops along with 1-on-1 lessons, allowing us to hone in on the specific needs of worship team members, while helping the team play to the best of their ability as a unit.
In our Worship Workshops, our talented coaches work with your worship team in a full team setting as well as in instrument specific breakouts, sharing their years of experience with your team members.
In our 1-on-1 lessons, our coaches are able to identify and overcome the specific challenges of each musician and leader.

Beyond our system, our highly experienced team of coaches, are what sets RMC apart. They are all fully capable of teaching the notes on a page, but also understand how to translate those notes on a page into an amazing time of worship. Our coaches are worship leaders with a passion to coach. We’ve trained worship leaders around the world to be more effective and confident as they lead, which results in powerful times of worship.
