Will Ramanakiwai

Vocal, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar Coach

Born in Fiji, Will Ramanakiwai was raised by missionary parents and surrounded by music at Youth with a Mission ministries. His family served across the South Pacific; from New Zealand to Hawaii, ultimately landing in Northern California. Will taught himself to play the bass guitar at fifteen and acoustic guitar at sixteen before being asked to play for his home church. At eighteen, he began singing and leading worship for his youth group and on the road as his parents ministered.
Will became a session bassist for local bands, but stayed rooted at his family’s church until moving to the Bay Area in 2016. Will was working as a guitar instructor and worship leader at Insight Christian School when he met his wife, a guest speaker at the chapel service he was leading. He moved to Atlanta and the two were married in 2018.
Will was a part of Peace Prep Academy in the westside of  Atlanta helping start their music program and currently serves on the worship team at Passion City Church. He leads through vocals, acoustic guitar and bass guitar. In 2022, Will was invited to join the collective Passion Music and had the opportunity to work with musicians Kristian Stanfill, David Crowder, Sean Curran, Brett Younker, Melodie Malone, Brooke Ligertwood and Tasha Cobbs Leonard.
Will believes music is a God-given language for all people regardless of age or background. He and his wife are growing their family in Johns Creek.
